And the Saga continues..... Express Flooring ordered new laminate to complete out renovation. I was told that they would instruct the distributor to check the flooring before they shipped it. I know that the product was in house yesterday. Today, before they drove out here, they discovered the same flaw. Wanted to know if I wanted the salesman to come out so I could pick new product, or should they reorder. We had moved all of the furniture, emptied the closet, etc and made the decision to cancel the remainder of the job. I have Carpet and Tile Warehouse on their way out to measure and give me a price.. Have stopped payment on the remainder of the payment to Express and am betting that ends up in court... I will pay a fair price for what they have done but that will be the question.... Oh how I wish I had gone another route to begin with......
