And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the LORD, and forgat the LORD their God, and served Baalim and the groves. Therefore the anger of the LORD was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Chushan-rishathaim king of Mesopotamia: and the children of Israel served Chushan-rishathaim eight years. Judges 3:7-8 Comfort in most instances makes a man to forget God and sinned against Him.. This is because human memory are so short in such a convenient time. The children of Israel were no exception. When they were to take over Canaan Land, God told them to wipe out all the inhabitants but they spared them and the canaanites polluted their belief and mode of worship to the extent they were doing evil to the God that saved them from the hands of Egypt and from the grip of pharaoh the maximum ruler. Partial and incomplete obedience is equal to disobedience. Therefore let us check and regulate our lives in line with the word of God and build our hope and future around the scriptures. When we fail to obey God and his word, we will be far from his plan and this may propel his anger on us. Sin opens the gate pass to servitude and oppressions therefore lets flee from all appearances of evil and sin. To live a fulfilled life teach your children and childrens the way of The Lord. Pray with me Father give me a new heart and a contrite spirit and help me in all my ways not to do evil in your sight and to mankind in the name of Jesus. Give me grace NEVER to forget you as my true source in the name of Jesus. Lord I refuse to serve lesser and dead gods in the name of Jesus. Let not your anger consume me in the name of Jesus. Dethrone every king that is installed to oppress me and my household in the mighty name of Jesus. Give me your spirit and plant in me the seed of obedience to honour and to walk in your counsel all the days of my life in the name of Jesus. This week, let obedience open unto me great doors and effectual and give me peace like a river round about. Surround my household with your glory and deliver them from all forms of accident in the name of Jesus. This month let unlimited expansion be my lot and enlarge my coast in all dimensions in the name of Jesus. Let not my heart be grieved and let evil be far from my dwelling place in the mighty name of Jesus. Today, go ahead of me to still the enemies and the avengers in the name of Jesus. Let my going out be safe and my coming in be glorious in Jesus mighty name I have prayed; Amen. Good morning and welcome to the 1st Monday of the month of November 2013.
