And, to complete my spam...let me introduce a good amount of you to one of the first bands to get the label of deathcore - and one of the best bands in the genre, the Agony Scene. Similar to the Black Dahlia Murder (except with a good amount of material that can legitimately be described as deathcore), The Agony Scene is pretty much one of the main influences most deathcore bands have. These guys were around even before Suicide Silence, but they came around after the Red Chord, so technically, they werent the founders of the genre; but they did have a huge influence on Chelsea Grin, one of the best deathcore bands out there in my opinion (inb4 hur durr Chelsea Grin Sucks)
