And will NEVER be taught in a mainstream classroom setting. We have to teach ourselves and teach each other. European society has worked for hundreds of years now to destroy just about any and all images of Africans in Europe and particularly outside of Sub-Saharan Africa prior to the slave trade, and theyve been enormously successful at it. The Americas have spent their time creating an image of the African as a mentally incapacitated slave. Once that became even marginally unacceptable, they then created an image of descendants of those slaves who didnt want to work, leading to the belief that people who identify or can be identified as of African decent are incapable of reasoning or higher learning, thereby creating a society that will go as far as bleaching their skin in an effort NOT to be identified as being of African decent. And the world turns.
