We love this judge: “It’s outrageous conduct and I would send you to a state prison if the statute allowed it.” WPXI Alan Jennings was the only television reporter in court today as 23-year-old Justin Bartlett begged for leniency after admitting that he broke into his neighbor’s home, stole his cat and set it on fire. Unfortunately, Mouse the cat died from the incident -- something his owner says has been very tough to deal with still to this day. Coming up later today on Channel 11 News at 6, more on the strong words the judge had to say to Bartlett before sentencing him to two years in prison.
