Andromeda galaxy, 6 minutes exposure time, 90 times 4 sec .. sure: it is a poor image. I was interested in what goes on with minimal effort. So everything still fits well in a backpack. Less than 5 kilos for everything: camera, mount, lens, interval timer, etc. Here concretely: a carbon tripod, a travel mount iOptron, a mirrorless DSLR, an iPad as an interval timer, a Canon 300mm F4. All together under this weight limit. So still plenty of room for delicious food and a bottle of red wine. After all, it was extremely windy and cold last night at 2300 meters altitude.
