Anemia Make a decoction of: 1 ounce alfalfa leaves 1 ounce of parsley 1 ounce dandelion leaves 1 ounce watercress 1/2 ounce yellow dock 1/2 ounce pine nettles 1/2 ounce dulse 1/2 ounce burdock root Simmer for 20 min. in one quart of apple juice or water, let cool and strain. Return to pot and simmer 10 min. while adding one cup of black strap molasses (unsulphured). Place in fridge and let cool. Take one tablespoon three times a day. Dietary Protocol: Eat plenty of whole grain foods and dark leafy veggies. Red meats in moderation are also important for anemia but may be harder to digest, also recommended for easier digestion is fish. Supplement Protocol: A whole food multivitamin/mineral Complex
