Angelas Quick & Easy Bacon & Broccoli Slaw Wrap Ingredients: Broccoli Slaw (high in Vitamin C) bacon (protein & SO DAMN TASTY!) spinach (protein & high in Vitamins A & C) eggs (protein) whole grain wrap or tortilla (fiber & slow digesting carb) Franks Red Hot Sauce (cayenne pepper & vinegar are both fat burners) Fry bacon, set aside. Reserve just enough grease to saute Broccoli Slaw. Saute Broccoli Slaw for about a minute on medium heat. Throw in a handful of spinach ( I just ripped up the leaves) Crumble bacon & throw in with a couple of eggs. Cook until eggs are set. Fill warmed wrap & top with hot sauce... Even my 13 year old liked it! :) Enjoy & feedback would be greatly appreciated!
