Anne wants to share her story........ Hi, my name is Anne, short for Annemarie. I been struggling with a few extra (30)pounds on my body for quite a few years now and I would like to tell you about my Skinny Fiber experience so far. A little over 10 years ago I found myself tipping the scale way more then I can even admit now. I joined a weight loss support group and through starving myself I lost quite a bit of weight and managed to keep it off for some time, long enough to go on an exotic vacation then the weight started showing its ugly face again way to much and way to fast. Fast forward to 2010 ...We finally replaced our broken scale and I am in shock. I kept telling myself you can drop those pounds, you can drop those pounds, but I was just saying that, nothing happened. Throw in 2 complete total knee replacements in 2011, January and November and the weight kept creeping up. So here I was at the end of summer 2013 having to once again go up another pants size ( 14 now, not happy to admit that one), and realizing that I was heading back up to size 16 from years ago. I knew that I had to do something. I got a three wheeled bicycle June of 2013 (because of the double knee surgery I do not feel comfortable on a two wheeler any more) so my husband on his two wheeler and me on my trusty three wheeled Torker rode every chance we got the rest of the year until the weather changed. I got this fancy app on my phone that records how far I ride and calories burned. Id come back home after every ride, look at the app and almost jump for joy as it would say X AMOUNT OF CALORIES BURNED. I figured I would be dropping those pounds now for sure, but oh no, nothing happened but the scale creeping upwards. I guess it is true, that when you get older it is harder to loose those extra pounds. Anyhow, somehow I stumbled across a SF support group. I would see pictures, read stories about all these people loosing weight and thought OH YAH, thats a joke. I was very very skeptical of the product, so I did the next best thing and ordered a less expensive fiber/ weight loss product from another source. After taking it everyday for 2 month, and nothing happening besides my scale going up and my pants getting titer, I ordered myself 3 bottles of Skinny Fiber, oh yes it about killed me hitting that send button once I had entered my payment info. I had to tell myself that I work hard and that I am worth every penny of my investment if it worked for me, if not at least I could say I gave it a try and I can put it out of my mind, the wondering would it had worked for me. I also knew that I would have to give it a three month trial. I started the first of January 2014. The first few weeks nothing happened, I got so frustrated that I contacted the person I got mine from complaining about the product . She was very supportive, explaining that some people go through a longer detox and might even gain a few pounds before loosing, which I did. I am now in my third month of taking SF, and I am very happy to report that I have lost 10 pounds, 2 1/2 inches of my waist. I wont mention the other inches because dear hubby was not using the same spot to measure each time, however I know I have lost inches in my thighs and hips as well. There is no better place to go shopping then in your own closet and I did. My weight loss is a work in process, it took me YEARS to put it on and it will take time to take it off. Skinny Fiber is my best friend, no side effects, no nothing but the pounds slowly melting away. I am celebrating my big 60 this July and I know that with the help of my Skinny Fiber I will be wearing those size 10 Capri pants that lurking in my closet from the past, just waiting for me to show them off again. satky.sbcspecial Like · · Share
