MOEL – HRD Korea Announcement of Test of Proficiency in Korean (EPS - TOPIK ) According to the MOU on the Sending of Workers between the Ministry of Employment and Labor of the Republic of Korea (MOEL) and Department of Labor and Employment of the Philippine s (DOLE) , the 9 th Test of Proficiency in Korean (EPS - TOPIK) in Philippines is to be conducted as follows. All job seekers who want to work in Korea under the Employment Permit System should pass the EPS - TOPIK, implemented by the Human Resources Developmen t Service of Korea (HRD Korea) authorized by the MOEL, and only those who passed the test are allowed to submit the job application form for EPS. June 3, 20 13 Held by: Ministry of Employment and Labor of the Republic of Korea (MOEL) Implemented by: Hum an Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) In cooperation with: Department of Labor and Employment of the Philippines (DOLE) and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) Test Date and Time : August 1 1 , 20 1 3 (Sunday) 10: 3 0~11: 4 0 (Session 1), 15:00~16:10 (Session 2) All examinees must be in the designated test room until the designated time (09: 3 0 for the ses sion 1, 14:00 for the session 2 ) for the orientation.
