The Office of Student Affairs and Services reminded all organizations that no activities shall be held before the Midterm Exams. Why choose the PSU Gym over the Performing Arts Center? The number of guest attending the event is estimated at 300 pax, having said, the Performing Arts Center cannot support the event due to space constraints, putting into consideration the number of guests, tables, chairs, and other party details. Why dont we held the event outside the school premises? No organization were allowed to held their Acquaintance Party and other related activities outside the school premises. Where do I pay my contribution? Payments will be processed at the ACS Office, Second floor of the IT Bldg. You will be issued a receipt. Together with a ticket for the Acquaintance. We advise that you pay before the deadline. Is attendance required? Yes. Attendance is a must. I am not attending, do I need to pay the contribution? Yes. Attendees and non-attendees shall pay the contribution on or before the deadline. I am not attending because of a valid reason, can I be excused? Yes, but Non-attendees should submit a formal excuse letter not later than 5 days before the event, addressed to the ACS Secretariat, together with the details of your non-attendance. You will be required to pay the Php 350.00 Contribution. Can I pay the contribution now? Please wait for further announcements.
