Anonymous question reposted by Joanne :) My daughter is almost 12. Serious question...not a rant, but looking for advice. What rules do you have for your kid and electronics? We try to limit it, but my daughter explained to me she uses it to escape when she doesnt want to be around people. That being around too many people upsets her -- so she can relax by doing stuff like video games, minecraft and reading buzzfeed lists in her phone. Do you set a time limit? Am I failing as a parent if I allow her do these things for a few hours a day?
