Anonymous writes: My family had a cat named Samantha for twenty five years. I was very young when we got her and we had the closest relationship in the family. After college I moved across the country to LA. I hated not seeing her anymore than two times a year when I would come home to visit. My parents had to put her to sleep eventually due to age related things. For the next ten years when I would come home to visit I swear Sammy would come to visit me. When I would get into my childhood bed at night I could hear the same noise on the stairs that she always made when shed come up to sleep with me. Same jogging/padding noise and same creak of the stairs. Then I could hear the noise the floor made when she would punch up on the bed. I would feel her lightly walking on the bed then curl up next to me. I loved it. After a few yrs it went away and I missed the visits. Many yrs later my family were talking about Sam and my stoic/ rational brother embarrasedly blurted out that he used to hear her walking around in the hall after she died and he said he felt her on his bed at night. He described the exact same noises and sensations I had experienced. I was shocked and told everyone about my experiences. He said they stopped around the same time I felt she was gone. We all just looked at each other. Admin Sally
