Another Australian political backstabbing for PM, though this one was certainly more expected. Gillard rolled the dice again and lost. Tough yes got to give her credit and she will be back if she can. I am glad she is gone but this lack of stability and Rudd as a replacement does not bring great pulses of warmth to my bosom. However, this may well have saved Labor completely disappearing a la the Democrats. Oh Rudd get on with it. You have almost no time, very little credibility and an opponent who already knows you. Labor will still lose the election but you can present a real opposition which will limit the damage they do when they romp into power.
