*** Another Boring Sponsor Plea *** I know we now live in a sponsor mad world, especially on Facebook, but I am going to put one out there. Mainly because I never ask anyone to sponsor me but also because its a toughie. You may have seen, and sponsored, others doing this event with me and if so just ignore my ramblings. On August 14/15th myself, along with Gary Brown, Gary Fox, Stephen Fox, Amp N Dex, Jamie Cuboard, Andy Whiteford, Paul Dailly and Martin Connaghan will be taking part in The Three Peaks Challenge. This is a grueling test of stamina involving climbing the three highest points in Scotland, England and Wales in a 24 hour period. So basically we start at tea time on the Thurs at the bottom of Ben Nevis and by tea time on the Fri we should be rolling down Snowdon via Scaffel Pike in the Lake District (probably in the dark). We will be supported by a two man driving team of Danny Mcpherson and Andy McIlroy so god help us all! Some of the guys have put Just Giving links up for it but Im a bit old fashioned that way and will do it with a traditional sponsor sheet so if anyone wishes just give me a shout if you see me or pledge a sponsor either here or through private messenger.
