Another Mom update - Mom is at home! She had her esophagus stretched after last weeks scare - had not been able to eat solid food since then. She sailed through the procedure and came out of the anesthetic just fine. I took her home and she was eating sweet potatoes and making yummy noises when I left. The doc said her esophagus was less than half the diameter it should be. He did take some tissue and is sending in in for a biopsy; after the results are in, he wants her to come back for another stretch in about 6 weeks. She is really doing great, I couldnt believe how fast she bounced back this afternoon.
