Another awkward moment: sitting here at the theaters waiting for my friend, visiting from Washington, to show up to go to the movies. Hes running way late. All last showings have already started.. Theyve closed the box office and the workers are putting up all the chairs. Just realized what this probably looks like to them. They are probably saying in their minds, poor man with no hands. I dont want to break it to you but you just got stood up! I want to grab them by their lapels and shake them and say, Its not what it looks like! But nah maybe theyll feel sorry for me and give me a bag of popcorn!
