Another good doc follow-up today, with my primary - TopicsExpress

Another good doc follow-up today, with my primary care/pulmonologist. He and my thoracic surgeon are both on the same page. As long as the mass comes back as benign, we will do a repeat CT scan in a month, with follow-up doc appts, and then I can probably wait until after the holidays to have the mass removed!!! That makes me so happy. My breathing is still labored from the bronchitis, so I need to rest for a few more days, and continue neb txs and lower dose of steroids. I am feeling very encouraged and relieved, but now all the emotions are flowing. Lots of tears today, just thinking what Ive been going through in the past week and a half. I feel like it was all happening to someone else, and Ive just been watching it all unfold. Im so lucky that this bronchitis hit so hard, or I would never have known about the lung mass. Everything happens for a reason. EVERYTHING. Prayers still being said, for negative results on the mass. Should know by end of week. Time to go snuggle up with my Ry, and rest our heads. Good night, sweet dreams, and love to all. ♡
