Another good workout in the books. My shoulder lifts have been easy all week, Ill have to go up next week for sure. Im doing 30 reps at 150 pounds on my curls of three sets in my daily workout, those are getting easier too, its going to hurt going up on those next week. No pain no gain. Dinner was an idea I come up with today so I figured Id give it a try instead of the cereal I was planning to eat today. Sloppy celery on a whole wheat bun with honey Ritz cracker sandwiches at 380 calories. I know what you guys are thinking, this guys awesome! culinary assassin!!!, assassin!!! Yeah, I know, Im a lunatic in the kitchen but it aint nothin, I do this!!!
