Another hug and a kiss from a customer! Dont tell my wife. We had a customer who is going away tomorrow on her holidays and the bifocals shed had from another optician were causing her a tremendous amount of problems. We therefore used two of her old frames and made one pair for distance, the other for reading. The lab turned both jobs around in a couple of days and we arranged for them to be picked up and delivered to Ellesemere Port this morning. She came in and was really happy with them (I can finally see properly) and gave me a cheeky squeeze and a peck on the cheek. Holiday saved. Happy customer and were happy with a job well done. :)
