Minimum Requirements Qualifications and Experience Required: • Diploma or higher education • Microsoft Licensing Solutions Specialist/Expert on Microsofts Get Licensing Ready Tool an advantage • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a customer facing environment in a professional organisation Skills: • Strong sales ability • Not afraid to cold call customers and sell up • Analytical ability to identify customer needs • Highly organised individual Competencies : • Strong customer relationships • Natural sales ability • Motivated by additional sales • Ability to work under pressure • Well-disciplined individual Job Specification General • Grow the Microsoft Volume Licensing and Channel Developer businesses in the Freestate • Quote and place orders accurately and timeously • Assist with ad hoc duties as required • General administration and upkeep of database • General update and maintenance of all admin and filing • Keep up to date knowledge on Company’s portfolio of products • Submit reports as required by Company and Microsoft • Participation in weekly conference calls with Microsoft and/or meetings as required Customer Relationships • Identify and develop potential Microsoft Volume Licensing customers • Grow this database on a monthly basis in line with set targets • Liaise with resellers and, if necessary, end customers on renewals of annuity agreements • Assist customers in understanding and effectively implementing Software Assurance benefits • Assisting all customers with queries, quotes and orders. • Ensure that customers are up to date with all special offers and promotions • Build good relationships with customers • Assist in selling products outside of the Microsoft Volume Licensing portfolio where necessary • Manage database of credit availability and highlight problems to the accounts department Targets • Achieve set targets on revenue, gross profit and customer breadth • Achieve a targeted renewal and recurring revenue on existing annuity agreements Intra-Company Relationships and Communications • Assist the Company sales team in volume licensing queries as necessary Training and Events • Attend and/or host Company’s vendor and customer events as required • Keep up to date with Microsoft software and hardware products, as well as overall trends in the market • Complete online training as required Accountabilities: • Target, GP and Customer Breadth targets to be sent out monthly and approved. • Achieve exceptional ratings in client services • Complete all allocated training If you meet the above requirement kindly send your CV to [email protected]
