Another lefty loon appointed by BHO. The Senate need to reject this clown like they did the cop killers attorney . This is why Harry Reid went nucular so they could get these appointments approved. Somewhere Robert Byrds hair is on fire with the way Reid is changing long standing senate rules for purely political reasons. One day, Reid will once again be in the minority. It will be fun to hear him whine about the rules he changed being used against him!!!
