Another point of note / interest today: To my surprise Ive found it easier to focus on sewing or sculpting while listening to a radio show or podcast instead of having an anime or film on. Yes, I was listening to Welcome to Nightvale when I found this out (Im on Episode 6 I think...the major Lovecraft fan says...) but it was easier to have something that didnt make me want to dance or look away from my work while it was playing. Despite being a big fan of Lovecrafts work (a reader, not a bandwagon fan) I think Ill work better to some of the old Sherlock Holmes radio shows. You could also try an audio book or your favorite podcast. Im going to try a few different genres and styles while I work and see what the results end up being. Give it a shot and tell me what you think.
