Another road trip almost in the can. This morning starts off early with Mickey, I get a pony ride to Tampa, then back home to my one and only I love and miss so much in my daily life. Of all my road trips, Ive enjoyed this one the best. Cold dank hotel rooms were replaced by the warmth of life-long friendships that were once a fond and distant memory. Thanks to all who interrupted their busy lives and adjusted their hectic schedules to give their time and introduce their families to an imperfect stranger. I hope there are more trips like this one in my future. Time to run, coffee beckons, the road calls, the days work awaits. I must do all I can, while I can, for as long as I can........ At the end of todays rod, the love of my life awaits with open arms welcoming me back to where I belong. What better reward for a day well invested, in making life better for others?
