Another story from the 40th Ward....Just call 911 says the ward office... A friend for 30+ years, Terry said that she and her husband have been calling the ward office about the noise coming from the construction site at the Rogers Park Montesorri School at Balmoral and Ravenswood. City construction code calls for a start time of 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.(depending on day of the week) so as not to disturb residents from their morning peace. This construction project is kicking off every morning with heavy equipment at 6:00 a.m.! They called Pat OConnors office several times and were told Just call 911. Wow! Thats what I call no service for taxpayers!
