Another successful 6 week transformation in the books. Paul Mc Kenna came into us before starting his transformation after a few weeks of poor eating standing at 87kg, poor cardio and moderate strength.. After 6 weeks of clean eating and a proper nutritional plan along with 5 day split and some cardio with no over the top protocols for either, Paul finished his 6 week transformation just in time for his holidays at a lean 77kg. His cardio endurance has increased ten fold and we put a minimum of 10kg on each of his three lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) Most importantly Paul learned how to construct a proper lifestyle to suit his diet and training allowing him to stay fit healthy and strong and still have room to enjoy himself.
