Another successful weigh in. Six weeks ago I cried out for help to my friend Joann Lennon Perras, Ideal Weight loss, Mashpee. I wanted to loose some weight and more importantly clear my head from the sugar and flour fog. I am well on my way to feeling better the program is working for me.
