Anti-Haze Workout Series 1, Part 1 - Dumbbell Squats ... This set of workout routine is ideal to help you upkeep your fitness level or simply just to get your body moving! Ideal for some of us who wish to minimize exposure to the haze, or engage in outdoor activities. Dumbbell Squats can be done almost anywhere. Holding your posture as shown, effectively works out and tones your core (abdominal), butt, legs and arm muscles at the same time! You may substitute the dumbbells here with a filled 1.5 litre water bottle. For comfort, we would advise wearing sports shoes, or simply workout bare-footed over a folded thick towel to cushion the impact on the heels. This series of workouts were designed by Personal Trainer, Ryan Chen.
