Anybody out there have a kitten for my little girl? Went to the SPCA and found out that I cannot adopt from there. The reason given to me is that I didnt give them the shot records from a dog I adopted from them 15 years ago. That dog died of old age last year ! Apparently you are supposed to make sure the SPCA get all your dog records throughout their life ! No wonder why there are cats there waiting to be adopted for almost 3 years ( that is their own statistic ). I will never again drop money in an SPCA container around the area ! While I realize that im going to take heat for posting this, but no more SPCA for me. When a Human child is adopted from the state, there are not even such regulations that the court requires ! The SPCA is another agency out of control! But I do want a kitten for my little girl, anybody help?
