Anyone can play the piano or any musical instrument. Anyone can sing great riffs and runs. Anyone can give a great message to encourage people. Anyone can share a very beautiful prayer… The pursuit of God’s heart… Surrender… Death to self... The anointing… is what makes the difference. We don’t realize as Singers, Musicians, Pastors, Worship Leaders, Ushers, etc how truly replaceable we really are. I love ministering through music to the Church on Sundays, but music is NOT my passion and joy. GOD IS. I play the piano.. . yes I play it on Sunday and maybe one other day out of the entire week, but it’s not the reason I worship. I worship to declare God’s worth and to build up the body of Christ. I believe all of life should worship God everyday, not just on Sunday. Everything belongs to God and he is worthy of every-day worship.
