Anyone ever dealt with this Company? I took delivery of a bathroom suite in February. It was inspected upon delivery (as the delivery driver hurried away showing no interest on whether all was in order or not) and as far as could be seen at the time in the failing daylight, all was in order. But how many of us would unpack every item and inspect them in detail? However, as these things go, I havent had the time to install it until now. To cut a long story short, the toilet seat is broken, the hand basin waste wont tighten allowing water to leak through, the entire bath waste kit is missing and worst of all...the bath is damaged. As far as the bath is concerned, the damage was not visible because of the shrink wrap that covers new baths. I only saw it when the wrap was removed. I contacted the Company that supplied the suite only to be informed that they will not help in any way.......nothing will be replaced because I should have told the driver at the time. The bath is useless because the damage although not hugely noticeable goes all the way through making me the proud owner of a gigantic sieve. Im not going to let it go, they will continue to hear from me until I get a result! So, if anyone is intending sprucing up their bathroom dont forget that there are loads of bathroom suppliers out there, some good, some bad I am just suggesting we should be careful which ones we give our hard earned cash to! Ermmmm.....Read the forgone carefully. I havent said which Company I dealt with I only asked if anyone ever dealt with this Company
