Anyone know what type of meeting this is? All I see is what looks like the cult-like singing of Theres no god like Jehovah in a meeting room. Is this a private religious service attended freely by Christian soldiers (who all happen to be in uniform)? Or is this another not-even-remotely-subtle promotion of a Christian God & Country philosophy in a nation founded to represent all (and no) faiths? Religious defenders will charge that, hey, everybodys having a wonderful time. Theyre celebrating a protected religious belief. Theyre bonding. This is just...so...positive. (I actually saw this on the wall of a Christian associate who was beaming over this celebration of Jehovah by the military.) To the God & Country crowd claiming that the military/government should be promoting this kind of thing, substitute Allah for Jehovah in the song theyre singing. There is no god like Allah. There is no god like Allah. Seems forced, uncomfortable, awkward, inappropriate and in conflict with the original designs for the USA by its founders? Now youre getting it. -Seth
