Anyone that knows Louise, Cassie and I know our beliefs and philosophy. That pregnancy, labour and birth is one of the most amazing times in a womans life. With love, trust, nurturing, knowledge and empowerment we know all women can experience birth not only as a positive event, but also as a transformative event in a womans life. But it can be hard for women to remain positive and to trust in their own abilities when faced daily with negativity from friends, family and media. Thats why its so important to actively seek positive influences. On Saturday 10th may the Mfest festival is being held at Springbrook. Id urge all women to attend for a celebration of motherhood. It will be amazing :-)
