Anyone who is demanding people to get over the new tax addition in the city has obviously never owned or managed in the restaurant business. Because yes, it is going to effect our business, yes it is going to add stress to the ones who are in charge of the already mountains of weekly paperwork, and yes it will effect (in our case) our servers tips. If you dont understand how, then you dont know how a restaurant runs and you shouldnt be so quick to fuss about people who are upset about it. I am not one to cause drama especially on social media...but when it comes to my job that I work very hard to see that it thrives, and when it comes to hurting my employees already low wages (which I have no control over) I get a little upset. I have always loved my little town of Liberty but this is in no way right. And the way it was brought about was COMPLETELY SHADY! Im not asking for any comments or likes Im simply stating my opinion. Because I have the right to do so.
