I mean life is larger than emotional stimulants...." THINK THEN ACT Youth is the age of discovery, explorations and determination. There is lots of forces that drag us this way and that way. Sometimes what we do betrays our own principles and upright morals. At times emotions take over our actions and beat our thinking faculty. This trend applies to our day to day life in various spheres be it school, work, family, friends et al. Of course we are a people of different characters and temperaments, but there so much we can do to discover and uphold ‘human’ moral values that are certainly unquestionable in the upright way. Our reactions might be stimulated to the worst west due to various factors as well. It could be relationships, academic stress, professional hiccups, leisure upsets and the like. But hey, usually it is not advisable to conquer these setbacks with highly inflammable emotions. Reason? Often times we tend to over react and regret en masse in the aftermath. Yes, such actions are done without much thinking ado thereby germination a brutal reality that heavily daints the much needed upright morals. Fellow youth, it is not an easy thing when emotions are involved… it might not be as straightforward or as simple as it reads here… surely some emotional outbursts are inevitable BUT let us learn to master the art of thinking before acting. Apart from making us comprehensively distinct and mature, thinking before acting is the best remedy to avoid complications arising from ‘petty’ issues. I mean life is larger than emotional stimulants. This could be arguable but surely life is a journey that requires ourselves to master it. Remember, some of the hardships or setbacks we face in this life are meant to make us better, stronger and sound people. Don’t break down, don’t act then think… think, think and think then act.
