Apologies for rant but its an absolute disgrace that health visitors seem to have the primary motive of making every child they see identical to the next, setting milestones that completely take away a childs right to learn and develop at their own pace - because if they havent reached that milestone, theyre sent for some kind of sadistic analysis by another so called professional earning a specialist wage when their job requires the knowledge of a 14 year old who has just completed their first childhood studies certificate. The title parent is a joke, children are not under our direction and care, they are under that of a system set on destroying every last bit of freedom and personal choice we have left.
