Apparently I missed yet another meeting about revitalizing our fair citys downtown. Let me guess what I missed. A lot of statements professing love of Aurora coupled with fervent belief in our potential. Im also guessing there were admonishments to support our local businesses(which very few attendees actually do or will). The meeting then wrapped up with the promise of more unspecified action in the near future and the attendees left feeling wonderful for participating but not quite clear what, if anything, was actually accomplished. Local business owners will continue struggling with a lack of support from the community and the cycle will repeat. Over and over again. Let me know if I left anything out.
