Apparently Mercy is only supportive of breastfeeding as long as you both want through the 12 month well check. Any appointment after that where they see or hear of you nursing and youre suddenly supposed to have cut that down between 6 to 12 months and weaned completely because they need nutrients from real food. Yeah, supervisors (supportive and apologetic for his residents behavior) were spoken to and theres going to be a lot of complaints about that doctor in the next few days until we get an apology.
