Apparently my home town is now the go-to city name punchline for comics. It started with Louis C.K.s worst city in the country comments. Today I saw two more. CNBCs snotty comment about the location of this awesome modernist house Manly Digs video.cnbc/gallery/?video=3000302725 and The Onion saying we would only get the worst art in our museums. theonion/articles/museum-proudly-exhibits-picasso-shitty-enough-to-b,36703/ And ya know what? I am glad this city is not a magnet for snotty elitists. I could live anywhere, and probably relocate my business to any US city. Ive sampled most cities and I really like what KC has to offer. I am not tempted to move anywhere else. Bring it on, hipsters! Just dont move here.
