Apparently the Foo Fighters performed two days ago on 1/10 at the Forum in L.A to celebrate Dave Grohls impending birthday on the 14th. What resulted was less of a sold out F.F concert and more of a showcase of Dave inviting out almost all of his childhood/teenage iconic rock influences (including Diamond David Lee Roth), and who did he bring out to start the insanity? None other than Paul Stanley of KISS himself, who performed for the first time in an arena without makeup since 1995. I had no idea this even happened until earlier today. My jaw is still somewhere on the floor. Dave even took the second verse of Detroit Rock City, hitting it perfectly, and losing his mind right next to a hero of his, and mine.
