Apple iBeacons ( https://developer.apple/ibeacon/ ) are getting attention for their potential utility in museum and gallery settings, and its interesting to see what the bleeding edge adopters are doing with them, like here, in Antwerp - vimeo/84760383 Ive been keeping a casual eye on how organizations have been experimenting with them, and most of what Ive found is happening in retail/shopping environments, but it is good to see arts and cultural organizations stepping up too.
