Apples Mac 30th anniversary commercial, shot entirely with the iPhone Though they avoided the cost of airing it at Sunday’s Super Bowl, Apple’s new spot for the 30th anniversary of the Macintosh is making its rounds. It’s emotional and gorgeously filmed. And just to prove their promise to “put technology in the hands of the people,” the whole film was shot with iPhones. Obviously the production was a little more than point and shoot iPhoneography. Their website depicts the film’s epic process; one that included a total of 100 iPhones and 70+ hours of footage. Pretty crazy production for a 90 second spot (though it’s probably better off than how they celebrated the Mac’s twentieth).
