Applesauce quickbread as my door gift.. Going to visit my sis in her confinement. Double checked with my mum she said can makan so I bake 1. A never fail recipe from joy of baking. So easy that it only need two bowls like making muffins. It got a Crusty crust outside n very soft cake/bread like inside. Im gonna pack it whole. Go until there only cut so later Ill update the inner part look. I usually sprinkle some almonds slices on top but today found that my almond slices got mold 😡😡😡😡 so have to throw away !!! Its not sweet n dense.. Good to go with jams n butter...
