Application has been submitted for Syed Pervez Musharraf name to be with draw from ECL in Sindh High Court. Court has issued notices to Federal Government and ministry of Interior to attend courts on 18th nov 2013. Pervez Musharraf,s mother is ill & he want to go and see her. Musharraf has been granted bail in all the cases against him so his name should not be in ECL. Application of contempt of court has been registered in Supreme Court against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for not to file a case against Musharraf under Article 6. Interior Ministry, DGFIA, Syed Pervez Musharraf are part of it including Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the application. It is been assured to the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 3/7/ 2013 that Government of Nawaz Sharif will charge Syed Pervez Musharraf under Article 6. All the relevant have not done any thing to implement Supreme Court Orders. So there should be a contempt of court on all the accusers. Pervez Musharraf,s Lawyer.
