Apricot & Raisins Soya milk loaf. Ingredients: - 220g Bread flour 30 g Cake flour 30 g Wheat flour 75g Dried Apricot n Raisins (mixed ) 30g Butter 5g Yeast 100g Soda milk 2tbsp Milk powder 2tbsp Honey 1/8tsp Salt 1 Egg Method: - 1) First put in milk, egg, honey, Salt. Follow by wheat flour, bread flour, cake flour n milk powder. Last Yeast in the centre. 2) Set the bm, dough function, after 10mins add in the butter, this cycle took u 30mins. Finish, Rest for 15 to 30mins. 3) Select function 6 sweet bread. First sound out put in ur dried Apricot n Raisins, cover the lid, n let the bm do all the job. 4) When bread is done, transfer to the cooling rack. When cooled, slice loaf to the thickness as desired. Happy baking! Enjoy!
