Apricot pork chops 4x pork loin chops 440ml of apricot nector 1 onion diced 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons honey 1cup of dried apricots chopped in half 1/4 cup of sultanas (optional) Thicken with cornflour at the end I leave it in slow cooker all day and the pork just falls apart. I also put it all in raw for each extra 4 pork chops double you can also do it without slow cooker if you prefer your chops more crispy
