April 10, 2014 Dear KsK Coop Member, We would like to request for the completion of the minimum participation required in KsK Coop which is Fifty (50) Share Capital Contribution. With the numerous projects in our pipeline: - KsK Credit Limited, Hong Kong - KMP Concierge Phils., Corp. - Aurum One Hotel & Residences - OWN-RBCC Bank - KMP Foods Corp. the additional share capital contribution from your completion of the required minimum number of share capital contribution per member will be of great needed help. From our initial plans and what was presented in previous years’ general assemblies; our target was to accummulate PhP100-Million of share capital contribution of which we projected to contribute about PhP11-Million of gross revenues for KsK Coop. As of end March 2014 though, KsK Coop only has PhP50-Million of share capital contributed by 2,100 members. For us to expedite, complete and eventually meet projected revenues, share capital is very much needed. You may complete or pay this minimum required fifty (50) shares AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to enjoy the minimum guarantee of 1% dividend based on its book value of PhP50,000.00 for the year 2014 (depending on the month in 2014 it is completed). A 100-share capital contribution merits a minimum guarantee dividend of 2% based on its book value of PhP1,000 per share. Take note, compared to usual savings account rate in universal commercial banks where interest rates are only at 0.25% a year, the minimum guaranteed dividend from KsK Coop’s PhP50,000-50 share capital contribution is four (4) times more!
