April is Stress Awareness Month. Ghandi once said, There is more to life than increasing its speed. As humans, we tend to get caught up in doing a million things a once, which increases our stress levels. If your feeling stressed out, try to take a step back and slow things down. Making a priority list and figuring out what needs to get done first and what can wait is a great way to get some perspective!
