Aramark, the operator of the boat, claims high winds caused the boat to stall. Company policy to wait for a tugboat. HAHA.. They are so full of shit, their uniform cleaning division cant keep up. First, you would think they would have a tugboat waiting - common sense if the weather forecasters were predicting ultra cold temps and high winds at 1am with a boat full of passengers (FAIL #1). Second, to shut off heat and have freezing guests? Uh-huh, sure. Something went wrong, lets blame it on the weather (FAIL #2). You dont get docked by the Coast Guard for a minor mechanical issue. Something is seriously wrong with the TQ and/or its crew. (FAIL #3). Lie about it in a despicable display of bullshit PR (FAIL #4). And this folks, is one of the largest employers in the South Shore area.
