Arch.Vincenzo Antonaci’s society, called Antonaci & Partners, is a society of architectural planning and it works in Italy and abroad. In 1959 Orazio Antonaci, Vincenzo’s father, started the profession as an architect, and since then the Antonaci office goes on with competence and authority. Arch. Vincenzo Antonaci kept on with the family tradition , widening his own field through the opening of a center on the permanent staff in Shanghai, and in 1994 he became the first Italian architect with a center on the permanent staff in China. The office aim is the drawing up of some projects considering the needs of the customers and, at the same time, the sustainable development of the territory. Arch. Vincenzo Antonaci and his partners’ values come from a wide range of experiences about the architectural and town planning: in his professional baggage you can find both the project for the town planning of a commercial district in Shanghai, and the project of a flat. The planning group led by arch. Vincenzo Antonaci do not contemplate the “specialization”, but they pursue a multidisciplinary goal: different professional competences collaborating in the different projects, with an only purpose: to improve the quality of life. Of course this is a hard purpose, but care and passion for his job allow the arch. Antonaci and his partners to reach a planning quality which gratifies their customers. Arch. Vincenzo Antonaci is involved in a program of search and study in the field of the Bioarchitecture and in general in the field of the sustainable development. This kind of theoretical activity is put in concrete form by the planning, in order to warrant quality and oneness for every architectural work (as it should be). Arch. Vincenzo Antonaci has got an office in Lecce and another in Shanghai, where he has close relationships of collaboration with one of the most important departments of Chinese Architecture: ECADI and Society Liurhiyun Architectural Design Co., whose field is the planning of residential areas on the whole Chinese country. In the 2008 he has started a cooperation with Studio Sintesys , located in Podgoriza , Montenegro .
